Statement:
What a great project!  This client was referred to us by a top architectural firm in Denver .  The client had outgrown their existing space and needed a new place for their operation

We started working down a path where we focused on an As-Is solution but after realizing the specificity of each work area the client soon warmed up to Remanufactured Herman Miller AO2.

There were separate areas which required different height panels and we also incorporated glass tiles to bring a more open feel to the space.

Working with clients who were open to different ideas and suggestions made this project.  We really collaborated over several months to find a solution that was just right for them

Statement:
We were excited to work with one of the top engineering firms in Colorado.

This was a great project because of all of the moving parts and the several phases as the firm renewed their lease and renovated their existing office in the heart of the Denver Tech Center

The company had a very specific need with the typical size of each workstation and the depth of the worksurfaces.

Adding to the challenge was the budget to work within.  We found an incredibly flexible and aesthetically pleasing inventory of As-Is Herman Miller Ethospace.  We incorporated white boards in each workstation that allowed the users to collaborate on projects

The 30" worksurfaces allowed the staff to layout their plans to the full extent

We also added glass that let the natural light from the windows permeate throughout the floor.

Working closely with the corporate design team we were able to recover the overhead flipper doors with a beautiful red fabric that accentuated the highlights in the carpet

We had to tear down, remove and relocate their existing workstations to allow for construction to occur in their space.  We provided temporary work areas in an adjoining suite
