Open Plan Systems keep more than 80,000 panels stocked at any given time, ensuring they can provide our customers the best solution at the best price. The Open Plan Systems state-of-the-art facility allows us to offer speedy turnaround times, some as short as 2 weeks from receipt of order.

Remanufactured stations receive new fabric, top caps, and plastic base on panels. Connectors and components are sanded, pre-washed, painted, and cured. Work surfaces and pedestals are new. Flipper doors are covered with new fabric and come with 1 key.

  • Production Prep removes all hardware from panels and components. Each part is carefully inspected for defects.
  • Metal components are subjected to a 4-step process prior to painting: sanding, alkaline rinse, prewash, and heat curing.
  • Powder coat paint is low-VOC.
  • The panel department covers over 350 panels daily.
  • Fabric is applied using stretching machines to provide you with a consistent and professional product.
  • Work surfaces are meticulously crafted to your specifications using highly accurate computerized equipment.
  • A 2mm edge banding is applied all the way around the work surfaces.
  • Every order is cross-checked for accuracy from the warehouse and recorded on video. Custom packaging solutions ensure that your product arrives free of damage.

Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, regardless of the number of shifts during which the products are used, for the warranty periods specified. Any defective item will be repaired or replaced at our cost, including transportation to the original ship to location.

New and remanufactured products are backed by a 5 year warranty that extends only to the original purchasers.
